I agree completely as a Rolfer and old Mindfulness Stress Reduction teacher - when done well, Rolfing teaches the client mindfulness. 35 years ago when I was Rolfed it  made me very aware, some I wasn&#039;t too happy about experiencing.</description>

I have a lot of runner clients who have had mixed results with minimalist shoes, and are confused because they&#039;ve heard barefoot running is where it&#039;s at.  I think a lot of people are in that boat--forgetting that we all learn to walk first, THEN run.  Patience is key!  Thanks for that reminder.</description>
